Today, we're introducing Supa to the world.
After 12 months of building quietly, we're coming out of stealth and announcing our £21 million seed round, co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, alongside Kompas VC, Actia Partners, Heartfelt and an incredible group of angel investors.
But the funding isn't the story. It's what we're building that matters.
The buildings we live in deserve better.
Millions of people live and work in buildings managed by an industry that has barely changed in decades.
For most people, their building isn't just another asset on a spreadsheet. It's their home. It's where they raise families, build relationships and spend some of the most important moments of their lives.
Yet the experience of having that home managed often falls far short of what it should be.
Slow responses. Endless paperwork. Little transparency. And hardworking property managers buried under administration instead of looking after people and buildings.
It's an industry full of good people, working within systems that make delivering great service unnecessarily difficult.
We believe there's a fundamentally better way.
We're not building another software company.
Rather than building software and hoping the industry adopts it, we're taking a different approach.
We're bringing together some of the UK's best building management businesses and rebuilding how they operate, from the inside out.
Combining decades of local expertise and trusted relationships with AI-native technology that understands buildings, coordinates work and takes care of the repetitive tasks consuming property managers' time.
We're not replacing the human side of building management. We're making more room for it.
Building something fundamentally better.
Over the past year, we've brought together brilliant businesses, experienced teams and the foundations of a completely new operating model.
Our ambition is simple: to create a new standard for how buildings are managed.
For residents, that means homes that feel genuinely looked after.
For property managers, better tools, less administration and more fulfilling work.
And for the businesses joining Supa, the opportunity to be part of something bigger, while building on everything that made them successful.
This is just the beginning.
We're incredibly grateful to our investors, the businesses that have joined us and everyone who has helped bring Supa to life.
If you've built a great building management business and are thinking about what comes next, we'd love to meet you.
And if you're excited about transforming one of the world's largest, most essential industries, we're hiring.
We're at the beginning of a very long journey.
We're not here to make building management a little better. We're here to build a completely new way to run it.
