Questions owners ask us
Prefer to talk it through? Call 020 8050 1120.
Can you help us switch managing agent?
Yes. We agree a handover plan, then collect your funds, records and certificates from your current agent. It typically takes one to three months, depending on your notice period.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your building's size, its services and the support you need. You'll get a clear proposal with our fees before you decide anything.
What does your technology do, and who checks it?
It schedules maintenance, reconciles service charges, tracks compliance dates and chases contractors. A person checks its work, and your property manager stays accountable.
Which areas do you cover?
London, Kent, Sussex, Hertfordshire, and the West and East Midlands. Send us your postcode and we'll connect you with the nearest team.
We self-manage. Can we get some help?
Yes. Choose full management, or support for a self-managing RMC or RTM company, from the accounts to your company obligations.
Do you manage mixed-use buildings?
Yes. One local team for the whole building, with residential and commercial service charges kept separate.
Is Supa a tech company or a managing agent?
A managing agent. We build our own software so your manager has more time for your building.
Let's talk about your building.
Tell us about it and we'll show you how it's run today, and what we'd change.
